On October 30th, 31st, November 1st 2017, I delivered a course on Value Creation in Food Service Industry and Enhancing customer experience which are key in today competitive world.
During 3 days, 19 highly motivated professionals from different horizons, background worked on case studies, exercises, small projects individually or in group.
Their last project was creating their own and unique restaurant in Romania around a famous brand.
The 3 days were amazing. I really enjoyed the discussions, debates, opinion sharing which were intense but fruitful and enriching.
I go back to Switzerland with great regret as I leave now behind me 19 friends for life but who I am sure will very well succeed in their career.
