During October 16-19, 2017, the Postgraduate Course in “Strategic Hospitality Management” continues with the Third Module entitled “People Management”, which offers participants the opportunity to engage in debates, practical applications, case studies on Organizational Behavior and Leadership, Human Resource Management and Business Communication, with applications in the hospitality industry. Academics from ASE – Remus Hornoiu, Claudia Țuclea and Andreea Șchiopu – as well as specialists in the field and other guests contribute, with their expertise, to a meaningful educational experience. The last day of the module is dedicated to the assessment of the consultancy projects elaborated by attendees in-between the face-to-face modules. The six team projects are supervised by PhD Prof. Gabriela Țigu and PhD Prof. Ray Iunius, supported by business professionals.
The course offers 198 training hours in the field of hospitality industry, delivered by specialists from École Hôtelière de Lausanne (EHL) and ASE. The course comprises 7 modules, 36 days of face-to-face teaching activities, team work on consultancy projects. Upon completion, interested trainees have the opportunity to attend an optional 5-day module at EHL. Graduates receive a Certificate of Professional Competence recognized by the Romanian Ministry of National Education and an Executive Certificate issued by École Hôtelière de Lausanne.
